The system provides document management support for the TELDAP community, including the program office and division projects. With the combination of completed data preservation and storage, task-based access control and process management, and web-based information retrieval and management, all resources produced and collected among projects can be pooled and shared in an integrated mechanism and disseminated via TELDAP information channels.
In addition, the document management system is a resource center to store all TELDAP-related historical documents, such as proposals, reports, activity and conference records, audio-video and paper publications, research papers, briefings, and technical protocols and standards, as references for the project members and the general public. Documents are categorized according to the project’s framework and tasks, to enhance the sharing of experience and data among projects.
